ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
W. C. Hunter is a master chef and the developer of numerous recipes for
Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow sauces. During his 30-year cooking career, Chef
Hunter spent many years preparing food in the top restaurants in the
Chattanooga, TN, and hosted his own television cook show. His barbecue
sauce has been featured in city-wide benefits that have provided thousands of
dollars to charities.
At an early age, Chef Hunter began acquiring his
abundant knowledge of cooking by helping his mother in the kitchen.
Early on, he developed a special love for the art of barbecuing and dedicated
himself to creating a barbecue sauce so good that nothing would ever have to
be added.
After many years of cooking and serving the most
delicious barbecue in the world to his friends and people in the Chattanooga
area, public outcry to market these most delicious barbecue
sauces--"Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow"--became overwhelming and Chef Hunter agreed
to share this most delicious barbecue sauce with the world. Since that
time, he has created other fine seasonings in the Lay-Row-Catch-A-Mellow
line.
